About RR Group
The RR Group of Institutions (RRGI) is a private institute in Lucknow that was founded in 2008. Dr. APK Abdul Kalam Technical University is its parent institution (AKTU). The Board of Technical Education (BTE), the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), the Council of Architecture (CoA), and the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) have all recognized RRGI (NCTE). RRIMT has been dubbed an "Institution of Excellence" from its foundation, owing to its constant efforts to produce exquisite experts in the domains of Engineering, Technology, and Management.
RRIMT works with a broad and diversified group of professors that are highly skilled and accomplished in their professions. The majority of them are eminent academics who have been involved with the university for many years. RRIMT students are exposed to practical knowledge in laboratories that are equipped with the most up-to-date instruments in accordance with AKTU standards. Every year, students are required to attend at least two industry trips per semester. In addition, industrial expert lectures, seminars, and workshops are held on a semester-by-semester basis to keep students informed about current industry developments.

Applicants are shortlisted for the various courses depending on their registration.
- Candidates seeking BTech or BTech (Lateral Entry) admission are evaluated using the UPSEE score, which is administered by AKTU.
- Candidates must have a valid NATA score to be considered for admission to RRIMT BArch.
- The UPSEE score attained by eligible students is also used to determine RRIMT MBA admissions.
- The candidates for the RRIMT Diploma programme are chosen based on their JEECUP scores.
- Candidates for Diploma (BTC) admission must have a valid aggregate score in Class 12 because admission is based on merit.

RRIMT is located on a 40-acre campus with facilities designed to support students' overall growth and development. It has two cutting-edge seminar halls with cutting-edge teaching tools such as overhead projectors and more. It contains a centrally air-conditioned library with about 36,000 volumes, 5,700+ titles, and 450 online and offline journals. Within the college site, RRIMT hostels with double and triple occupancy are accessible for boys and females separately. A canteen, cafeteria, gym, CNC machine, 3D printer, transportation facilities, and Wi-Fi are among RRIMT other amenities.
The RRIMT Library, which is centrally air-conditioned, has a total collection of over 36,822 volumes and 5,740 titles, as well as a strong collection of 150 national and international journals and over 300 online publications. The library is also a member of DELNET, which provides access to over 2100 online libraries throughout the world, including 22 foreign libraries, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
RRIMT has two state-of-the-art Seminar Halls, each with modern teaching aids such as overhead projectors, LCD Multimedia Aids, and more. It is built in a theatre-style setting, is fully air-conditioned, and can hold 500 people comfortably.
Cafeteria: The college offers a two-story canteen and a cafeteria to create a relaxing environment where students can socialise while eating. The students' favourite hangouts serve healthy and nutritious cuisine while also instilling in them the ideals of socialising, healthy eating, and public space behaviour.
Hostel: At RRIMT, there are separate hostel facilities for males and girls on the college site. The hostel's rooms are large, well-lit, and well-ventilated. The hostel has a 24-hour power supply, RO purified drinking water, student Wi-Fi, and water geysers in the bathrooms.
